Who can rent and drive a golf cart?
To rent or operate one of our street-legal golf carts in Anna Maria Island, you must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
Are children allowed in the golf carts?
Yes! However, children under 42 lbs are required by Florida state law to be secured in an approved child safety seat. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule.
What insurance is required for my golf cart rental?
Your personal automobile insurance is the primary insurance for the rental golf cart.

What happens if the golf cart breaks down?
If you experience a mechanical issue, don’t worry — we’ll deliver a replacement golf cart to you as quickly as possible, so your vacation plans stay on track.
Where can I park the golf cart?
Please “park pretty” 😊 and follow all local parking regulations.
Renters are responsible for:

Always park legally to avoid unnecessary charges.
What time will my delivered golf cart arrive?
Golf carts scheduled for delivery will arrive as early as possible on your rental date, typically before 10:30 AM.
⚠️ If you need the cart earlier, we recommend picking it up directly at our shop.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup receive a full refund

Late cancellations receive a non-expiring store credit for future use

Same-day or next-day reservations are non-refundable

No-shows are responsible for the full rental cost
